Job Description
• Lead UX strategy, visual design, and interface systems across the entire Alpine website
• Design high-conversion landing pages for 100+ HVAC buyer intents
• Create the full UI and UX flow for our new System Selector tool (interactive guided buying experience)
• Build the Alpine design system (typography, components, responsive structure)
• Redesign mobile-first user journeys with clarity, trust, and calmness
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to deliver pixel-perfect implementation
• Contribute to brand identity refresh and visual storytelling across the site
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex consumer-facing products or e-commerce experiences
- A portfolio showing elegant UX systems, clean visual design, and conversion-focused thinking
- Ability to simplify complex decision flows into intuitive user journeys
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Experience working directly with developers in a product environment
- Comfort with iterative design, prototyping, and data-informed decisions
- Nice-to-Have: Experience designing guided decision tools or configurators
- Experience in home services, e-commerce, or marketplaces
- Familiarity with CRO principles
