Job Description
• Serve as the primary permitting lead for all projects
• Coordinate all permits related to utility construction
• Conduct comprehensive permit research
• Prepare and submit complete permitting packages
• Manage communication with municipal reviewers, inspectors, and public works departments
• Navigate City of LA processes with fluency
Job Requirements
- 5–7+ years of direct experience obtaining permits for utility projects
- Strong knowledge of utility construction permitting
- Experience navigating City of Los Angeles permitting systems
- Proficiency with GIS tools, Accela, and online permitting systems
- Strong communication skills
