• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close • Serve as the NetSuite functional owner, managing reporting structures, workflows, and integrations. • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and process documentation • Ensure compliance with Federal and State level tax and insurance requirements • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during annual audits and filings. • Support the SVP of Finance with cash management, AR/AP oversight, and financial compliance activities • Manage the org-wide budget and work with SVP of Strategic Finance on establishing department budgets • Oversee billing and invoicing process • Develop and manage key financial models • Conduct monthly financial assessments and generate reports to be submitted to the SVP of Strategic Finance and Executive Leadership Team • Maintain and enhance KPI reporting across lines of business to guide management and Board visibility into business performance
