• Build and maintain scalable Contentful-driven backend and API-enabled systems supporting web, mobile, and kiosk applications. • Develop extensions, automation, CI/CD pipelines, schema migration scripts, and operational tooling to support multi-environment deployments. • Implement composable architecture patterns to support reliable and reusable content experiences. • Integrate Contentful with front-end applications, MuleSoft middleware, CDNs, external data platforms, and real-time orchestration services. • Optimize caching, performance, and delivery layers using Vercel and modern edge architecture patterns. • Ensure stability and consistency across development, testing, staging, and production environments. • Monitor platform behavior, diagnose system issues, and improve operational resilience. • Implement governance guardrails including roles, access controls, auditability, and maintenance processes. • Ensure solutions meet accessibility, scalability, security, and performance standards. • Partner with UX, product, engineering, and content teams to align architectural decisions with user experiences and editorial workflows. • Document reusable patterns, system behaviors, and deployment frameworks for internal teams. • Participate in planning, refinement, and agile cycles to support iterative delivery.
