Job Description

• Develop and own the TikTok Shop strategy, roadmap, and P&L • Build scalable creator acquisition, onboarding, and enablement systems • Create a multi-lane ecosystem of emerging creators, consistent performers, and top-tier partners • Drive repeat posting and creator retention through community, incentives, and structured programs • Lead creative frameworks, scripts, briefs, and high-performing content systems • Manage partnerships with high-impact creators and potential retainers • Build the internal team and infrastructure to support rapid, sustained growth • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, E-commerce, Amazon, Retail & Ops

Job Requirements

  • Deeply knowledgeable about TikTok, creator psychology, and social commerce
  • Able to design and scale creator systems that produce consistent performance
  • A strong operator who builds structure, processes, and clarity from scratch
  • Analytical and creative - you understand both content and data
  • A relationship-driven builder who can recruit, motivate, and retain creators
  • Comfortable moving extremely fast in a growth-obsessed environment
  • Someone who wants full ownership over building a channel with massive upside
