Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in Product Management, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML, Data, or Communications platforms.
- Proven success managing B2B2C products - you know how to satisfy a business buyer while delighting an end-user.
- Deep technical understanding of outbound communication channels (Email deliverability, SMS/MMS regulations) and vendors.
- Comfortable working with Data Science teams on personalization algorithms, audience segmentation, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
