• Lead the full lifecycle of network solution deployments. • Perform hands-on configuration of network devices, cloud-based security platforms, and routing protocols to meet customer requirements and ensure optimal performance. • Diagnose and resolve complex network issues during deployment, including connectivity, routing, and integration challenges across hybrid environments. • Work closely with PMO and internal teams to align technical execution with project timelines and deliverables. Provide timely updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Create and maintain detailed configuration records, implementation guides, and troubleshooting documentation for each customer environment. • Conduct structured handoff sessions with Support teams, including walkthroughs of deployed environments, operational procedures, and Q&A to ensure smooth post-deployment management. • Ensure all deployed solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards before transitioning to steady-state operations.
