Job Description

• Lead the design and development of React + TypeScript interfaces, including highly interactive, data-rich components. • Collaborate with UX and Product to iterate rapidly on incomplete designs and flows. • Integrate APIs and implement real-time updates, dashboards, and analytical features. • Build and maintain component libraries, reusable UI patterns, and scalable front-end architecture. • Establish coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and guide technical decisions. • Review and improve AI-generated front-end code, ensuring quality and stability.

Job Requirements

5+ years of front-end development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript + React and strong knowledge of state management architecture (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
Proven experience delivering high-performance, real-time, or data-rich UIs.
Experience designing component libraries, reusable UI patterns, and scalable front-end architecture.
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take full ownership of major UI initiatives and drive technical decisions.
Mentor and support junior/mid-level developers.
Skilled at reviewing, refining, and improving AI-assisted code.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with Product, UX, and engineering teams.
