• Driving end-to-end program execution for Open Money Stack projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations • Planning and managing complex technical programs involving fintech and payment processing systems, infrastructure engineering, and third-party integrations • Coordinating dependencies and execution across multiple engineering teams, reducing delivery risk, and minimizing escalations • Partnering with internal engineering, product, and infrastructure stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic objectives • Supporting integration efforts with external infrastructure and fintech service providers, ensuring clear communication, sequencing, and accountability • Establishing and maintaining program plans, milestones, and reporting using existing TPM frameworks, tools, and methodologies • Identifying risks early and driving mitigation strategies to maintain delivery predictability across initiatives • Supporting successful launches by ensuring operational readiness, cross-team alignment, and clear ownership throughout execution
