- Strong content creation skills (PowerPoint, narrative structuring, microlearning videos).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
