Job Description

• Support the development and delivery of digital learning and sales enablement experiences. • Contribute to content creation and track adoption and performance of learning initiatives. • Support Avaya’s transition from legacy LMS to a modern enablement platform. • Administer LMS, including user accounts, roles, and content/course uploads. • Serve as first-line support for platform users and manage helpdesk tickets. • Support content lifecycle management including course publishing. • Track and report on key adoption metrics and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting LMS or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo).
  • Strong content creation skills (PowerPoint, narrative structuring, microlearning videos).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-directed.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, database applications).
  • Strong attention to detail and practical judgment.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid, near-office, or virtual setup.
  • Strong English skills (oral and written).
