Job Description
• Research digital trends, tools, and strategies to bring new ideas to expand digital engagement and reach
• Draft omnichannel frameworks and channel strategies to reach HCP audiences across a variety of therapeutic areas
• Support the creation, scheduling, and delivery of email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Support the creation and execution of paid media strategies including paid search and paid social
• Research and guide use of social platforms to drive HCP awareness, and manage social media platforms and tools
• Update and manage content across multiple websites
• Provide internal trainings on digital tools and platforms, create SOPs and documentation, and provide ad hoc support to team members
• Work closely with internal teams to support digital projects from concept to delivery
• Support video strategy, creation and dissemination
• Support metrics tools, build processes and provide insights to guide future strategies and demonstrate impact through storytelling
• Assist with SEO strategies to help boost visibility and reach across multiple websites
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience using a variety of digital communication tools including websites, content management systems, email platforms, social media and paid media/search
- Strong understanding of the principles of digital communications strategy
- Understanding of the role of omnichannel strategy in reaching audiences
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Experience with pharmaceutical and medical affairs teams, including legal and compliance, is an advantage
- Experience with Mailchimp, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Google Ads, and WordPress is an advantage
