Job Description
• Serve as a strategic partner to multiple Account Executives
• Conduct client discovery sessions
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations
• Respond to RFPs
• Lead POCs
• Manage transitions from Sales to Customer Success Organization
• Collaborate with Enterprise Services team
• Engage with large enterprise prospects and clients
• Lead conversations around CI/CD transformation
• Demonstrate product expertise
• Provide technical overviews
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of presales experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, etc.)
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Scripting or automation experience (Python, Golang)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
