• Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for the Payroll Squad, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy. • Lead cross-functional execution in partnership with Engineering, Implementation, Sales, and Operations. • Drive continuous improvements to our payroll infrastructure - a cornerstone of Rain’s product and revenue model. • Build and improve integrations with external payroll systems, ensuring we are accurate, timely, and scalable. • Prioritize ruthlessly and communicate clearly—keeping stakeholders aligned and focused. • Contribute to the growth of our product organization by improving our processes, practices, and team culture.
