• Own the design vision and deliver high-craft solutions • Lead design across clinical review infrastructure, provider feedback systems, and coding accuracy tools • Translate dense regulatory requirements and clinical standards into intuitive, human-centered experiences that make complex requirements feel manageable • Design for multiple audiences: internal operations teams, providers receiving feedback, and payers evaluating our network • Define the experience vision for supportive education and improvement flows that help providers elevate their practice • Establish and maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design that makes systems feel approachable and helpful • Build systems, partner strategically, and mentor • Develop reusable patterns for complex workflows and contribute to our design system (Helix) • Work deeply with product, engineering, clinical operations, and standards teams • Connect the dots across all of provider experience—designing solutions that span multiple touchpoints when needed • Collaborate with provider experience designers to ensure feedback systems feel genuinely supportive and educational • Mentor other designers and model effective cross-functional partnership
