• Lead and support projects across different business functions from planning through completion. • Work with project stakeholders to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria. • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and follow-through. • Support trade show and industry event planning, logistics, booth preparation, and on-site coordination. • Contribute to ongoing improvements and content updates for our websites and other digital platforms. • Build clear and well-structured presentations, proposals, internal documents, and status reports. • Improve internal systems for documentation, shared resources, and workflow processes. • Assist in the execution of email marketing and communication campaigns in collaboration with Marketing. • Participate in our Digital Dreams mission-driven projects that support digital equity and community outreach. • Support research and documentation efforts for government programs and bid submissions. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support website updates and digital experience improvements.
