Job Description
• Own Salesforce roadmap, backlog, and release calendar
• Maintain secure, least ‑ privilege access via profiles, permission sets/groups
• Establish standards for page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flows, and naming conventions
• Administer managed package and field mappings for Monetize (CPQ/Billing)
• Maintain Salesforce integration for Gong Engage, ChurnZero, Zendesk, HubSpot, Calendly, and Rocketlane
• Build/optimize Flows, approval processes, and routing rules
• Define and enforce data quality standards
• Own core dashboards for Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, and Finance
• Support implementation of field ‑ level security and audit trails
• Run intake, prioritization, and change management
Job Requirements
- 5–7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
- 2+ years in a senior/lead capacity for a mid ‑ to ‑ large org
- Hands ‑ on expertise with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Permission Sets)
- Proven ownership of managed package integrations and declarative troubleshooting across aforementioned tools
- Experience with CPQ/Billing (Monetize or similar)
- Strong understanding of API integrations and webhooks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
- Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder (preferred)
- Familiarity with public ‑ sector, public ‑ safety, or healthcare environments (nice to have)
