Job Description
• Create bold, social-first video concepts that capture attention and engage our audiences
• Work with creatives and producers to bring ideas to life across all social platforms
• Lead production on shoots, collaborating with talent, crew, and editors
• Guide editorial direction in post-production, ensuring videos match the intended creative vision
• Tailor content for different platforms, knowing the subtleties that make videos succeed on each
• Manage multiple projects at once, keeping deadlines and quality top of mind
• Monitor performance metrics to inform future creative decisions
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer, ideally in social-first or branded content
- Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X, with knowledge of trends, platform mechanics and what drives engagement
- Passion for social content, digital culture, and gaming
- Hands-on production experience, including storyboarding, scripting, shoots and post-production
- Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the US and internationally if required.
- Fluent in English
