Job Description
• Provide comprehensive technical support for all IT needs.
• Serve as a key contributor to the IT team.
• Conduct system maintenance and strategic coordination.
• Work remotely with a friendly and supportive team.
Job Requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience in system administration, network administration, or similar roles.
- You live in the United States and are able to remotely work Mountain Time business hours.
- You have impeccable customer service skills and are able to handle complex issues in a timely manner.
- You are knowledgeable of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- You have knowledge of various platforms and operating systems, especially Mac OS.
- You understand Mobile Device Management, data backup/recovery, and system security.
- Due to Rocket's work with local and federal government agencies US Citizenship is required.
