• Support ongoing administration of global equity plans • Keep up with equity ticketing escalations • Aid changes to existing and implementation of future equity programs • Maintain data integrity in the equity platform • Develop automated processes and tools for plan administration • Work with HR to ensure accurate employee data • Collaborate with Payroll on tax positions and data integrity • Communicate with internal groups for reporting • Provide supporting records to auditors • Ensure compliance with policies and SOX controls • Analyze data sets and provide insights
