• Independently assessing community water and wastewater infrastructure needs and identifying practical solutions • Developing clear, well-organized planning documents and technical reports (e.g., Preliminary Engineering Reports) • Preparing preliminary and detailed project designs that municipalities can use to secure infrastructure funding • Leading meetings with community stakeholders to gather information, present recommendations, and build project support and engagement • Depending on your experience and background, you may also contribute to additional project areas, such as evaluating and promoting innovative water and wastewater treatment technologies, analyzing the design, cost, and environmental impacts of infrastructure projects, or supporting other related technical efforts
