• Generate leads via email, phone, and social media • Conduct research to identify the needs and scale of each opportunity • Schedule qualified leads for demos with the Business Development Managers • Personalize outreach and communications to high-value prospects • Maintain active engagement with your pipeline and share insights to improve performance

Job Requirements

  • Tech savvy with experience in SaaS environments
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to exceed goals and targets
  • Extremely comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to stay focused and professional in fast-paced settings
  • Intellectual curiosity paired with grit and persistence
  • Previous experience in lead generation, outbound calling, and sales qualification
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft effective sales outreach
  • Positive and energetic phone presence with strong listening and verbal communication skills
