Job Description

• Oversee accounting operations for multiple restaurant groups and leads a team responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. • Ensure consistent adherence to industry specific accounting standards, manage client relationships at the leadership level, and drive operational efficiency across all outsourced accounting processes. • Serve as the primary escalation point for both clients and internal teams, providing guidance on complex transactions, system issues, and policy interpretation while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA preferred but not required.
Five or more years of progressive accounting experience, with at least two years in a supervisory or management role.
3+ years’ experience in restaurant accounting.
Strong knowledge of restaurant accounting operations, including cash management, sales audits, tip handling, payroll allocations, inventory, and 3PD revenue reconciliation.
Experience with R365 strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and teams in a fast-paced outsourced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Comfortable managing both structured routines and evolving client needs.
Confident in presenting financial results and advising non-accounting stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
