• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company products/services. • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods. • Send well-written follow-up emails with relevant info sheets and supporting materials. • Keep detailed and organized records of outreach activities, responses, and scheduled appointments. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. • Identify decision-makers and gather relevant information to support the sales pipeline. • Schedule appointments for the sales team • Follow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive prospects. • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets. • Successfully set appointments for qualified prospects.
