Job Description

• Oversee sales strategy including integration of sales growth • Pricing analysis and market segment share objectives for assigned Operating Territories • Refine existing programs and develop & lead new ones to increase sales, awards and bookings • Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, general managers and Operating Territory leaders • Nurture relationships with existing key customers; consultants; general contractors • Ongoing coaching, training, and developing sales associates to meet or exceed sales plans • Develop, maintain, and manage a strong relationship with sub-region leadership

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience required
  • Prior people leadership experience required
  • 5 years of elevator industry experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
  • Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
  • Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
