• Define, validate and improve the vision and strategy for Menlo Security’s Secure Enterprise Browser, in collaboration with other product leaders and executives, aligning with the company's vision and customer needs. • Lead, manage and mentor multiple product managers by setting ambitious goals, developing and executing strategies to achieve them, and be accountable for the overall success of the product line. • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape. Ensure the product team is laser-focused on delivering solutions that solve real customer problems and have true competitive advantage. • Identify new growth opportunities, prioritize and execute those priorities by developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, releases, and timelines for the browser security portfolio. • Work closely with engineering, UI design, sales, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to align the product direction and ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the browser security product portfolio. Use data to inform decision-making, measure success, and drive continuous improvement. Identify and execute growth strategies to expand market share and revenue. • Represent Menlo Security as a thought leader, speak at industry events, conferences, and webinars and contribute to thought leadership content and evangelize the company's vision.
