• Lead the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions for patient services, including digital engagement platforms, data integration architectures, and workflow automation tools. • Advise clients on technology strategy, platform selection, and implementation roadmaps to optimize patient services and patient support programs (e.g., access, affordability, adherence, education, and reimbursement). • Oversee the integration of advanced analytics, AI/ML, and automation into patient services operations to drive efficiency, personalization, and actionable insights. • Manage project teams and client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in patient services technology transformation. • Drive business development by proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities, leading the sales process for patient services technology consulting, and being directly accountable for meeting sales and revenue targets for Guidehouse. • Mentor and develop consulting staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving patient needs to inform solution ideation and offering development.
