Job Description

• Own the entire technology stack and turn POCs into production systems • Build AI systems that automate routine business operations • Free the team from repetitive tasks • Build AI automation tools for the business • Collaborate with the fractional CTO and leadership team

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years software engineering
  • E-commerce platform experience (Shopify preferred)
  • Python AND JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Active Claude Code or Cursor user (agentic AI, not autocomplete)
  • Systematic AI development process (you have a method)
  • Strong process improvement instincts
