• Lead the strategy and execution of our partner data ingestion (PDI) and reporting ecosystem. • Ensure that partner data is accurate, timely, and reliable, enabling the business to scale paid marketing. • Work closely with an Engineering Manager to develop a cohesive roadmap and influence cross-functional teams across data engineering, product engineering, analytics, marketing, finance, and business development. • Balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring what we build aligns with internal customer needs and business goals. • Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap for partner data ingestion, transformation, and reporting. • Communicate tradeoffs clearly and gracefully to stakeholders when initiatives cannot be prioritized “right now.” • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability across all partner data pipelines, including ingestion, validation, modeling, and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure partner data powers marketing optimization, revenue reporting, decision-making, and long-term strategy. • Mentor team members and cultivate a culture that understands the value and impact of data products.
