Job Description

• Partner with GTM leadership, Finance, and Product to design and execute strategies that accelerate growth • Help develop KPI frameworks and perform data analysis to inform revenue decisions, forecast our revenue, and identify performance trends • Create leverage for our GTM teams through implementation/optimization of processes, territories, ROE, CPQ, etc. • Build compensation programs that align incentives to Builder’s priorities • Experiment and build programs to increase deal velocity and ASPs

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales / Revenue Operations, or a related GTM planning function.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market models, sales territories, and segmentation strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
