Job Description

• Own and contribute to essential data models used in the core monthly, quarterly, and annual ARR planning, budgeting and reporting processes • Perform financial analyses for various ARR and related KPIs • Develop and maintain relationships cross-functionally to support financial decision-making with forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics • Build components of the corporate financial presentations, internal presentations • Support the FP&A team in executing ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision • Support Financial Analysts in enhancing existing models and development of new models to support business needs • Embrace the Coupa FP&A mantra of building for scale by proactively collaborating, influencing, and aligning planning processes to achieve the overall company strategy

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related fields; MBA or CFA a plus
4+ years of demonstrated FP&A work experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong analytical background with the ability to creatively solve problems with a data-driven approach
Willingness to roll up sleeves and build complex models (in Excel and Anaplan)
Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
Working knowledge of Enterprise SaaS financial reporting and planning for metrics including Billings, Subscription Revenues and Retention Rate
Ability to deal with conflict and manage expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with enterprise software tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa and/or Anaplan
