• Project Managers are responsible for engaging with clients for the successful delivery of projects across a wide variety of product offerings. • The project manager has overall responsibility for the financial, quality and client satisfaction of each engagement. • Serves as primary customer contact and manages overall company customer interface relationships for defined scope(s) of work to ensure responsiveness to customer needs and effective professional conduct. • Providing functional and technical guidance to consulting staff and management. • Develops project schedules and documentation; defines and assigns work to consultants assigned to Project; monitors and controls work in progress for technical adequacy; and provides active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or customer requirements. • Gathers requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, and business process descriptions. • Ensures timely Project Communication and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination and storage of project information – prepares project status reports and keeps management, business clients and others informed of project status and related issues. • Plans for Resource Management: acquires and manages team resource needs making the most effective use of people involved with the project.
