Job Requirements
- Extensive experience leading utility, electrical infrastructure, or mission‑critical power programs within major construction environments.
- Strong technical understanding of high‑capacity power distribution, redundancy planning, and large‑scale backup generation systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex stakeholder groups, and operate within large program structures.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
- Additional training or certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) preferred.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
