Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects.
- 10+ years with: Requirements elicitation, documentation (use cases, traceability, data modeling, prototyping).
- Facilitating sessions with business and cross-functional teams.
- Writing design documents and mapping/documenting business processes.
- Supporting UAT, training, and implementation activities.
- Production support/root-cause analysis.
- 8+ years with: Software QA/Software Engineering methodologies.
- Writing/verifying test plans and test cases.
- Working within a defined SDLC.
- JIRA (stories, test cases, execution, reporting).
- Strong SQL/Oracle query skills and understanding of manual/automation testing concepts.
- Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and advanced use of MS Office and process/mockup tools (e.g., Visio, SnagIt, Axure, Adobe tools).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
