Job Description

• Lead the demand planning function in operations for our global CPG business. • Liaise closely with the commercial and innovation teams to ensure the business can accurately plan revenue and manufacturing and logistics operations. • Translate sales signals into actionable demand plans. • Ensure finished goods inventory is purchased, positioned, and replenished effectively across eCommerce, Amazon, and future retail partners. • Design and implement the demand planning and S&OP processes from the ground up. • Serve as the owner of the consensus demand plan, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. • Work closely with the Commercial team, Inventory Manager, Operations Team, Supply Chain Team, and the CFO.

Job Requirements

6+ years of experience in demand planning or related supply chain planning functions.
Experience building or significantly redesigning planning processes in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in demand forecasting and financial acumen.
Proficiency in planning tools and a strong understanding of data structure and planning logic.
Experience working with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) in support of demand and supply planning.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working cross-functionally and with senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
