Job Description

• Understand complex telecom technical solutions proposed by different teams including mostly MPLS, SD-WAN, P2P, and Internet elements • Identify flaws, improvements or propose different technical solutions • Communicate with the Project Manager and customers as the technical lead • Define technical configurations that meet project standards within the project scope • Coordinate interactions among different systems and engineers across several countries • Troubleshoot issues that may arise during implementation • Document project requirements, changes, and final solutions

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Systems Engineering Required
2+ years of customer interface experience in the related area required
Expertise in troubleshooting routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
High Expertise in troubleshooting: MPLS, QoS, IPv6, IP Multicast, SD-WAN
High Knowledge of various scripting languages (i.e., Perl, Python, Shell)
Low Proficient with wireline copper and fiber network technology
Medium Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP networking
Fluency in English and Spanish required
Portuguese desired
