• Lead Governance Strategy: Drive PSaS’ data governance framework and operating model • Establish policies for AI agent usage, context handling, error escalation, human approvals • Enable Stewardship & Ownership: Promote accountability and best practices for data stewardship • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day governance execution with McKesson and vendor partners • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Product, Business, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Security teams • Ensure Data Quality: Provide guidance to maintain accuracy, consistency, and usability of data assets • Executive Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership, data engineering, and data science teams • Manage Data Assets: Maintain and enhance the inventory and catalog of key data assets • Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor governance health, report progress, and implement innovative solutions • Stay Ahead of Trends: Remain current on industry best practices, tools, and regulatory requirements
