• Develop, maintain, and enhance system integrations using Celigo (Integrator.io), including flows, mappings, and error handling • Build and support custom APIs and data integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., 3PLs, WMS, EDI platforms, finance and SaaS tools) • Write, maintain and/or refactor SuiteScript to support NetSuite integrations, automation, and customizations • Provide support for daily NetSuite activities, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, and user support related to integrations and custom functionality • Support the development and customization of NetSuite to best support business processes and operational needs • Partner closely with the Sr Integration Engineer to design scalable, reliable integration patterns • Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis • Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of integration enhancements and NetSuite changes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT) to understand business requirements and data flows
