• Lead and scale engineering teams across distributed locations (US and India) • Drive a culture of operational excellence and engineering best practices globally • Build and mentor a world-class distributed engineering organization • Foster collaboration between US-based and India-based engineering teams • Own and execute the technical roadmap aligned with our AI-powered marketplace platform strategy • Simplify and expand Teikametrics' infrastructure via scalable microservices using the latest cloud technologies (Serverless and NoSQL formats) • Design and implement technical solutions to support scaling ARR • Drive innovation in our patented orchestration layer and AI capabilities • Execute infrastructure to rapidly expand data pipelines across multiple major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify, and more • Collaborate with Product and Senior Leadership to design and execute technology supporting business requirements • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance as we grow • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on technology strategy • Translate business objectives into technical initiatives • Champion the technical vision for our artificial retail intelligence platform
