Job Description
• Provide Oracle HCM offshore techno-functional consulting services;
• Coordinate with functional leads to convert client data for all HCM modules and to create Fast Formulas as per the scope of the project;
• Monitor conversion statistics and issues;
• Develop and test Fast Formulas.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with HCM conversions and Fast Formulas;
- Minimum 1 full implementation as a Core HR conversion resource;
- Experience with HDL and HSDL;
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS;
- Knowledge of Fast Formula development and conversion processes;
- Familiarity with the following Cloud modules: Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Labor;
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely;
- Strong work effort planning and prioritization skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Extra edge
- 1 full implementation as a Payroll conversion resource, including mid-year balances;
- Oracle certification;
- Additional Cloud module experience.
- Language skills
- English: Proficient
