Job Requirements
- High School/BA Degree or equivalent in years of experience
- Medical Interpreting Training School
- Foreign Service Institute Certification
- Commission for Healthcare Interpreters
- 3+ years of interpretation or translation experience in Q'echi language
- State Department experience/ refugees, FDA, Health & Human services, Medical, Legal, Housing Authority etc.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
