Job Description

• Own end-to-end operational workflows for partner-sold deals, from opportunity creation through contract execution and launch • Manage partner-related processes including deal registration, approvals, pricing, commissions, and renewals • Ensure partner deals are accurately tracked in CRM and internal systems • Identify and implement process improvements to scale partner operations efficiently • Act as the operational liaison between Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal • Support contract execution, partner agreements, and documentation • Coordinate partner onboarding and ongoing operational support • Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, implementation, and customer success teams for partner-sold customers • Own partner channel reporting, including pipeline, bookings, revenue, commissions, and performance metrics • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on partner channel efficiency and growth opportunities • Ensure data integrity and operational consistency across systems • Create and maintain partner operational documentation, playbooks, and SOPs • Support partner enablement efforts by ensuring processes are clear, repeatable, and easy to follow • Help scale partner operations as the channel grows in volume and complexity

Job Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in sales operations, partner operations, revenue operations, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting channel or partner sales models
  • Strong project management and process design skills
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • CRM and sales operations tooling experience (Salesforce preferred)
