• Own and oversee end-to-end revenue recognition processes, including revenue collection, contract review, compliance, and ongoing operational execution • Partner closely with Accounting and Legal to ensure proper treatment of complex revenue arrangements and adherence to applicable accounting standards • Support month-end close activities, including revenue, deferred revenue, and other operational accounting items • Establish, document, and maintain financial operations policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness across revenue and operational accounting processes • Evaluate existing financial systems, tools, and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies • Lead recommendations for FinOps tooling, system integrations, and process automation to support scale and efficiency • Partner with Engineering, Data, and IT teams to support system implementations, integrations, and data integrity • Improve the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of reporting related to revenue and operational metrics • Enable finance leadership with clear, actionable insights to support decision-making • Act as a strategic thought partner to finance leadership on scaling financial operations as the business grows • Help define the future-state financial operations model, balancing near-term execution with long-term scalability
