• Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of small business clients across a variety of industries. • Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted resource for business owners. • Provide proactive guidance on accounting, tax planning, cash flow, and operational considerations. • Review and approve federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and small businesses, including (but not limited to) Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120. • Sign tax returns in accordance with firm policy and professional standards. • Lead, mentor, and develop managers, senior accountants, and staff within the small business practice. • Assist Partners in managing workflow, capacity planning, and engagement economics.
