Job Description

• Participate and application of DPR’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan • Management of all project team members • Mentor, develop, and train project engineers • 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope • Cost control/billings/collections/change management/cash flows/monthly status reports • Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team • Accountable for project completion and financials • Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects

Job Requirements

7+ years of civil construction experience
Excellent listening and strong communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Ability to create and support team morale
Work scope requires complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in project management software (CMiC, Prolog or similar)
Proficient in Estimating Software (HCSS HeavyBid or similar) and Civil project management software (HCSS HeavyJob or similar) preferred
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field a plus
