• Plans, directs and coordinates activities at the project site • Oversees construction contractor(s) as the Owner’s representative • Works with the estimator and project manager regarding subcontracts, project scheduling, change orders, etc. • Communicates effectively with general contractors and subcontractors • Reviews specifications and drawings, executes site QA/QC activities • Implements and maintains safety programs at the jobsite
