Job Description
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, performance, and regulatory integrity of the company’s EHR product suite
• Create and execute structured test cases
• Validate complex clinical and operational workflows
• Perform end-to-end data integrity checks
• Manage the full defect lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and fellow QA staff
• Conduct compliance testing with healthcare regulatory and security standards (HIPAA, HL7)
• Prepare QA execution reports summarizing test progress, defect metrics, and coverage completeness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in software quality assurance with a strong background in manual functional testing
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
