Job Description
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, maintaining a caseload that supports at least 12 completed client sessions per week (minimum availability: 15 hours/week, with opportunity to grow).
• Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and other departments as needed to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and proactively addressing key performance indicators
• Routinely utilize measurement-based care, incorporating assessments to track client outcomes and inform treatment.
• Coordinate care with other providers (e.g., medication prescriber, PCP, OB-GYN, dietitian, other therapists) and family members as appropriate.
• Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with Mamaya Health Leadership
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Independently fully licensed (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, etc) in the state of Georgia.
- Prior experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility.
- Strong self-accountability and autonomy.
