Job Description
• Install new or modified equipment at customer's facility
• Prepare radioactive material for shipment
• Analyze performance reports and documentation from customers
• Coordinate problem resolution with engineering and customer service
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance
• Submit complete service reports for customer invoicing
• Analyze technical problems to recommend modifications
• Develop service handbooks based on investigations
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree (A. A.) in Electronics Technology or equivalent
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in TopVis CRM
- Valid Driver's License and driving record which permits renting of vehicles
- Personal Credit Card with ample credit to cover travel expenses
- Radiation Safety Certification
- Ability to submit to periodic drug screens
