Job Description

• Maintain a deep understanding of and can seamlessly convey the value proposition, business strategy, mission and product offerings • Translate the customer’s brand and data strategy and define the ideal ODAIA solution to deploy • Collaborate to elicit high-level requirements, capture business and end user needs • Identify project risks and communicate according to project governance • Align activities and touchpoints between customer & ODAIA and communicate regularly to build customer loyalty • Complete quarterly reviews with customers, understand how to maximize benefits of platform usage and product offerings within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors

Job Requirements

4+ years working in a similar position in a start-up and / or technology / SaaS environment
Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors
Experience leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and partners
A solid understanding of the North American Pharmaceutical environment and key stakeholders involved in Marketing, Data, Analytics and Commercial Excellence
Attention to detail, taking the time to understand the customer’s needs and challenges
Exceptional communication skills, understand how to influence to both technical and non-technical teams.
