Job Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy that drives activation, retention, and revenue across key customer touchpoints • Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel lifecycle programs • Analyze performance at every stage of the funnel, run experiments and A/B tests • Work closely with product, growth, data, and leadership to align lifecycle initiatives with core business goals

Job Requirements

Deep HubSpot expertise
Hands-on experience with Userpilot or similar in-app tools and SMS platforms
Proven track record running lifecycle programs that directly drive revenue
Strong experimentation mindset. You test, measure, iterate
Comfortable owning promotions and monetization workflows
Experience working with transactional email platforms like Postmark is a plus
Experience with Mixpanel, Preset, or other product analytics tools is a strong plus
